    • If a scheduled service was not provided due to an error on our part and no rescheduling option is available, a refund will be issued.

  2. Extreme Weather Conditions

    • If extreme weather conditions prevent us from rendering the scheduled service and no alternative date can be arranged, a refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of the missed or canceled service.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Dissatisfaction with services rendered where proper procedures were followed.

  • Situations where the customer fails to provide necessary information or documentation for the service.

Rescheduling Policy

In cases where a service cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances, we will prioritize rescheduling the appointment at no additional cost
